 The Reconciling In Christ (RIC) Committee is holding its first event on Sunday, June 4th after worship.  This is a potluck and you are invited to bring a dish to pass.  We have 2 guest presenters leading a workshop called An Introduction to LGBTQIAA+ Spectrum.  Please mark your calendars and plan to stay for this important presentation and first steps of education as we work through the reconciling process. 

Here is a description of the program: This 1.5-hour workshop will introduce participants to important terminology regarding the LGBTQIAA+ community and differentiate the foundational concepts of sexual orientation, gender identity, sex assigned at birth, sexual behavior, and gender expression. Participants can expect to improve their understanding of who makes up the LGBTQIAA+ population during this frank, safe, and open discussion.
